    go for this cooler master thunder 500 w or corsair cx430. your g620 is a slight bottleneck, try upgrading it in the near future to an i3(at least) or an i5(preffered).

    2gb is all you need.Latest games need rarely more than 1 gb . go for the 4gb version if you are willing to do so.
