well changing the mobo to a brand new one didnt help i'm litterally out of ideas ! this one does recongize my CPU aswell

i wil definitely try that as soon as i get home but if i match these settings should i also boot into the UEFI USB or the default one ? and yes i do use the default DVD that came with the pc its an internal ! thanks for the help and i'll post the results as soon as i get them

check if you have broken motherboard pins ! since you said you travel like 50kms you probably jiggled the pc around causing motherboard pins to bend / or broken

Fast boot / secure boot are disabled and itried other ports and yes i do get that option ! when i try to boot on UEFI USB sometimes it gives me the error like the regular usb boot option sometimes it doesnt pass and tells me to choose another boot device ! with DVD it doesnt even get to error...

So short story i've been having some issues with my pc i get the windows 10 recovery error , but that's not why i'm here . i wanted to know if a faulty / bad / dead cpu can even post to that ? i mean i can get past the bios ( CPU recongized in BIOS ) to the windows 10 LOGO and i get stuck there...
