Review Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Review: Truly Mainstream at $299

Not so easy. For example, the guy who installed my internet (i live in a small town in a state in middle of a rain forest, so infrastructure here is bad, still I pay less than USD$20/mo for 300Mbps) earns minimum wage (today is USD$270). If would buy an Xbox Series S would cost $280. Series X...

Review Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Review: Truly Mainstream at $299

I won't be surprised by a RTX4050. Something will be done to defective AD107 dies. I really bet on a MX650 like chip for laptops. But I think we will see a 4050 launched with no fanfare. Won't be sent to reviewers (for it's price we will see a lot o them anyway) and the focus will be selling in...

Review Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Review: Truly Mainstream at $299

I think that AMD and nVidia have seen "people buy GPU even overpriced, so I can raise prices and have more profit while selling a little bit less". Also nVidia focus is on R&D AI and RT to get more contracts from enterprises. So we will see less gains from new generations.

Review Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Review: Truly Mainstream at $299

I won't quote here because it's from another site, but Techspot has a comparison on a 3080 with PCI-E 3 x8 and x16 (also PIC-E 4 x16) and very little difference. When RX6500 was launched at PCI-E 4x4 it was horrible at PCI-E 3x4, but AMD improved a lot (i think it was just AMD usual bad drivers...

News RTX 4090 Woes Get Worse: Native 16-Pin Reportedly Melts as Well

Ok. The wire in MSI ia wrong. But wire itself is not the biggest problem. Contact usually is. There is a Very big chance that other users have this problem and dont know and wont untill have to unplug. The conector itself must be the problem as I didnt see any case of the wire melting the...
