Question TP Link Gigabit Powerline transfer rate is high, but actual internet speed test is slow

Hi there, As stated above, I have a TPlink powerline adapter connecting a PC about 15ft away from a router in another room. The transfer rate on the TPlink app reports as anything between 500mbit and 750mbit, but a speed test on the PC reports between 100mbit and 130mbit down. My connection...

[SOLVED] Plugging two AIOs into one AIO Pump Header

It does! But now I want to control the fan curve on the NZXT AIO and make it respond to the GPU temp, but it isn't being sensed by the CAM software for the same reason the CPU AIO wasn't being picked up. Long story short I'm going to have to replace my brand new internal WiFi adapter with an...

[SOLVED] Plugging two AIOs into one AIO Pump Header

The problem turned out to be that I was using an internal USB 2.0 hub, as I had run out of headers, so the motherboard didn't pick it up as its own independent piece of hardware

[SOLVED] Plugging two AIOs into one AIO Pump Header

I would, but I don't need to edit the fan curve on the CPU AIO, I need to control the OLED display on the faceplate. I have ordered an extender cable for the GPU AIO and I'm going to try and swap the headers. I don't think the GPU AIO will continue to work, but I can only hope :')

[SOLVED] Plugging two AIOs into one AIO Pump Header

Ahh that's a shame :( any solutions to the problem that you can think of? I've just noticed that the connector for the GPU AIO is a 3 pin, and the one for the CPU is a 4 pin if that makes any difference

[SOLVED] Plugging two AIOs into one AIO Pump Header

Hi there, I have recently upgraded my system by water cooling my GPU, using the NZXT G12 with an NZXT Kraken x62, and watercooling my CPU with a ROG Ryuo 120mm. I have the Kraken plugged into the AIO Pump Header and the Ryuo plugged into the CPU Fan Header. Everything is working fine from a...

[SOLVED] CPU overheating after new Aio installed

Hi all, Just installed a kraken x42 and my CPU overheats within a couple of minutes of being on. It ramps up from 35 to 90 and then switches itself off. I've tried reseating the pump, unplugging everything and plugging it back in, I've tried putting an air cooler on there to see if the problem...

Question 4g router speeds vary wildly for no particular reason

My phone is also with Vodafone so I decided to venture outside to see if the speeds improved. They were more stable, but they were actually slower than the Gigacube! Ive checked to see if there is any work going on in my area and there isnt. I am hoping its due to congestion, with everyone...

Question 4g router speeds vary wildly for no particular reason

Hi all, I have recently bought Vodafones 5g Gigacube to replace the Three 3g that I am using at the moment. 5g isn't available in my area yet (hopefully it will be soon, if people stop burning the towers down), so I am using Vodafones 4g. The speeds have been varying wildly every few minutes...

System not posting for more than a second after new motherboard installed

I got the system to run on the old board using the watercooler. I ordered a replacement board that came today and exactly the same thing is happening - turns on for a second, turns itself off, then on again, then off. All subsequent times after the first boot, it turns on and off once

System not posting for more than a second after new motherboard installed

Hi guys, So I recently decided to upgrade my PC with new motherboard, water cooler etc. Got it all assembled and the system turns on for a second, and then turns itself off again. So I'm thinking it's either the PSU, CPU or the new board. So I get the new mobo out of the case and run it with...
