Yes, I know. I looked for WD40EZRZ, the CMR version at 5+ stores, no stock anywhere here in my country. So, I went for the SMR variant.
I guess you were right, my 1TB HDD was 87% full. I posted the same question in reddit and a guy answered that the inner lanes are 50% slower. I read through this, understood and tried testing the empty drive, I got the full speeds back!

Where I live, it's hard to get CMR drives, but I want to know if a SMR drive will be okay for game recordings @1080p 60fps OBS recording CRF/CQP set to around 18? The drive I can get is WD 4TB 5400rpm (WD40EZAZ)
The Twin Edge OC model from Zotac on the RTX 3060 had one extra heat pipe than the non-OC model, so the cost increase may be because of hardware changes too. Their 3050 web pages doesn't show any hardware changes though.
I tried clearing CMOS and setting everything to defaults in BIOS.
Tried connecting the output to my TV with the HDMI cable that came with TV.
I have handled it very carefully and the card didn't brush or drag on any surface.
Only thing I didn't try is to clean the PCI-e slot off from any dust...
Okay, I will try and post here. Still couldn't get the right drivers to install. If I disable the APU from BIOS, there is not output from dGPU (HDMI cable plugged into dGPU).
EDIT: No, I'm not using a riser. Motherboard is Gigabyte A320M-S2H
