not sure if event viewer is showing havent checked, but since the problem went away with high performance mode I guessed it was related to the CPU directly also the normal default settings on bios still cause the problem without -30

Yea I have latest chipset and latest bios, I also have C state disabled in bios and AMD quiet and cool feature also disabled tried enabling them but didn't help
