I set my bios to default, i have a asus z-97a board, and this time when i oced, my clocks are consistently at 4.4ghz. I made sure the turbo was enabled, and tpu. Am i doing something wrong? And is it bad to have an overclock stay constant, besides wasting power (idk about $10 a year bill wise lol)

How much faster do you think the broadwell will be over the i7-4790k? On the internet, they show a ton of laptop stuff, like it being energy efficient, but for a desktop that's not much of a concern
