I am looking for a GPU as the integrated graphics in this PC are truly crap, and I can't afford buying another whole PC. Should I buy a new PSU and a better graphics card? The main problem is most graphics cards wont fit.

Hello. I have a Samsung AU9070 TV that supports 4k at 120hz, but has hdmi 2.0 ports(I think, not sure). My PC is the Dell inspiron 3471 with Intel UHD 630 graphics but that dosen't seem to be the problem. When I connect other PC's with the same specs it works. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?
