Question Graphics card for dell inspiron 3471

I have the Dell inspiron 3471 and I'm looking for some graphics cards for it. It is kinda hard to find, as this is a SFF computer, but I think I found one. Can anyone make sure and check thoroughly if the 'Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 6400' is compatible with my PC? Any other graphics card sugestions are also welcome and if this is not compatible, please tell me one which is. I have posted the link of this graphics card for reference. Thanks in advance. Also, does this graphics card support VRR

If your prebuilt came with a 200W PSU, I wouldn't drop in a discrete GPU in your build even if it was brand new, unless you want to ruin your entire prebuilt and the discrete GPU as well. The prebuilt was released in 2018 so that should put the PSU at 6 years old.

As for your GPU question, the card should drop into your chassis. Might I ask why you're looking into a GPU for your SFF prebuilt?

I am looking for a GPU as the integrated graphics in this PC are truly crap, and I can't afford buying another whole PC. Should I buy a new PSU and a better graphics card? The main problem is most graphics cards wont fit.

Many Dells, yours included, do not use a power supply with standard connectors or a standard size, making it nearly impossible to upgrade the power supply to an off the shelf model.

The RX6400 is a 54w TDP, so the power consumption is around that figure. I am also seeing your system likely came with a 200w power supply. Power supplies lose capacity as they age, so its likely only capable of delivering some amount less than 200w now. You may be able to get by using the 6400 in this PC still, if your system has a lower end CPU, like an i3. However, even in this case, I can't say I would recommend it. If something goes wrong, best case everything works it's supposed to and your computer turns off or reboots under load. Worst case, it turns off, destroys the graphics card you installed, and will never turn on again.

Hmm, ok, sp I need to upgrade the power supply too right? (BTW I use a core i5, and yes it is 200W) Is there any way to see how much the PSU can handle currently? May give an Idea if the PSU can handle it or not. Is there any PSU compatible with mine? I've checked a lot of forums, but I usually dont find what PSU to buy if I'm upgrading it. Thanks
