well dang it. I guess I just have to make my sleeving 4-5 inches long and hide it right away. I can only have it that long before my the material I got stops sliding through the wire and it will still look good from the outside. Thanks!

I just want to ask what other wire size I can use which is smaller than what PSU are using. I'm kinda in an area where cable sleeve supplies are impossible to find and shipping one is quite expensive for a sleeve so i have to be more creative. I found a possible sleeving and it kinda fits...

have you tried using a UPS and see if it doesn't shuts off? if it still shuts off most probably it has something to do with your CPU, mobo or Video card. It shuts off when it actually does some work and stays on when its on bios. I would first try removing the video card and see if it stays on...
