I just want to ask what other wire size I can use which is smaller than what PSU are using. I'm kinda in an area where cable sleeve supplies are impossible to find and shipping one is quite expensive for a sleeve so i have to be more creative. I found a possible sleeving and it kinda fits through the wires but I get to the point where it I can no longer slide a sleeve to the wire and something smaller than the PSU wire would do the trick. I have zero knowledge about wires and don't want to risk using smaller and thinner wires not knowing if it will hold the power going through the system.

Solution
Do NOT EVER change the gauge of the wiring from the power supply, whether it is modular or not. That is a recipe for disaster. In fact, it's a bad idea to even change the wiring at all, even to a larger gauge, as the wiring available commercially may not be the same rated type of wiring, even if the gauge is larger.

When sleeving there should be NO reason to have to do that. Sleeving should only ever involved disengaging the clips from inside the connectors, sliding paracord or other sleeving OVER the top of the existing wiring, shrink tubing the end of the individual wires and then reinserting the clips back into the same place on the connectors they came out of.

Anything beyond that is a bad idea and should be avoided unless you...

well dang it. I guess I just have to make my sleeving 4-5 inches long and hide it right away. I can only have it that long before my the material I got stops sliding through the wire and it will still look good from the outside. Thanks!

Likely you'll need to look at the product specifications on the manufacturers product page. In some cases it may be necessary to find a reputable review of the product or email the manufacturer directly with the question, if it is not included in the product specifications.
