    Sorry for the late reply, the Gaming version has slightly higher clock speed than the normal one. If money is a concern then go with the normal one otherwise stick to the Gaming one. And yes your power supply should work with the GPU, just make sure you have a 6 pin and an 8 pin power connector...

    Download CoreTemp and check your processor temperatures when playing games. If it reaches 90> degrees your processor is too hot and causes a crash or thermal throttling.
