    I have a dell optiplex with 16GB of DDR3 1600 MHz ram, task manager says it's running at 1600 MHz but MSI afterburner says it's running at 1000MHz. Which is correct and if it is running at 1000MHz what can I do to get it to run at its designated speed? Thanks!
