Yes that modem. 6 Devices are being used as of right now. Only 1 is wired and thats my computer using Ethernet connection, i havent set up any of the devices IP addresses, theyve all been assigned automatically. I only got the modem last month so im not sure if its been factory reset or not...

My ISP is Vodaphone, im not exactly sure what make and model my router is but i think its a "VOX30R1" i could be wrong though. Ive full admin rights and im not familar with the use of "ping", "tracert" and "pathping"

Thanks for the reply, i got a new splitter when the new router came which was about a month ago but it seems to have made no difference with the speed of my internet. With and without the splitter its the same issue

KingSpec M.2 256GB I think my ssd might be the problem because now even my pc doesnt recognise the ssd anymore. It just completely disappeared from my files

I did run is as admin and it says only 80gb is being used up. How do i check the ssd health? And the ssd is only about a year old.

All my games that are installed on that SSD arent being registered at all. It probably is a windows problem because i tried to use "WinDirStat" to make some space but it only said that 80gb was being used up even though 248gb is being used up on my file explorer.
