I just did a system restore and it did not fix it. The only visible things that changed it now about 10 more icons loaded in on my desktop compared to before

I cleaned, booted, but it is still hanging and freezing none of my hardware looked messed up

im running windows 7 and I'm not sure if all definitions are up to date. I do know that my USB drivers always had an issue, and that my computer gets moved alot

I have ad-aware, antimalwarebytes, advances system care, haven't cleaned it in a few months

My computer is all of a sudden after no usage in a while, hanging and freezing. When I turn it on in normal mode it runs smoothly until i type in my password and it loads the explorer. It starts to freeze and hang and I can't load anything. I tried booing in safe mode and after all the drivers...

Also the socket on my board is fm2+

I am using dual-graphics a8-7600 with the r7 250 2gb ddr3 and apparently frame pacing ony works on dx11 titles? Is there anyway to make any game use dx11? I use steam and I play games like planet side vindictus team fortress dota, etc.
