How much better than the r9 270 you showed me is the best buy exclusive card i was looking at? I see differences in the specs

^ THIS ^ Is definitely a good idea. The OP build had DDR3 1600 RAM paired with an APU which will kill performance. It also had a discrete GPU paired with an APU.
