Maybe there is a problem with your ram

Did you check the compatibility on that usb wireless adapter? You should probably return it and get a name brand unit to see if that fixes your problems. And if you could post the blue screen when running the driver updating utility (btw which program are you using?)

have u fixed this yet if not it could be a phone error or a faulty charger

maybe there is a problem with the Lan card in your computer/laptop.

It maybe because your using windows 10 or you have lots of files idk

You need to get A windows Disc and reinstall your Os , I suggest installing windows 7 because it seems Windows 10 has ruined your laptop.

I have fixed it the ram was out of place
