Can anyone recommend all parts for a £800ish pc build , GPU not included

Big ask but can Anyone recommend specific specs for a pc build with a i7 7700k Gtx 1060gb , the limit is around £1000 not including the 1060 because I already have it , thanks.

So basically back in 2013 I bought a Alienware gaming pc , still use it to this day , i7-4790k , gtx 1060 gb , 16gb ram but it's started to run slower and freeze often , any ideas how I can make it more reliable and keep a high level of performance

I recently bought a 1060 6gb and when I first bought it I was getting around 300-500 fps in csgo and a week later I'm only getting 100-300 , this is the same in other games and it's lowered for no reason I can think of , my computer specs •i7-4790k 40x cache multipliers ( a few years old)...
