    PC powers on and posts as in it gets to the beep and then loops, but never boots sometimes. If i restart, it will turn on properly. My pc is fairly new so i don't think i should be experiencing any issues like this. here are the parts. CASE: NZXT s340 GPU: Founders Edition GTX 1060...

    YES!!! I downloaded and ran Malwarebytes AdwcCeaner And it found left overs of a chromium virus i a long time ago. i figure they are connected. I removed it and i have a feeling that is what it was.
