Dedicated GPU is taking half my ram

Unfortunately, you can’t lower the shared ram for the graphics card. Try to lower the settings in games, si they won’t need much more than 2GB that are available on you graphics card. As for the page file, system managed setting is good, it takes the space from your drive, not from your ram.

    GPU Usage sudden drop

Check in BIOS the settings for the graphics card and try to disable the integrated one (select the discrete one) so that the nvidia one will be the only one functioning, see if the frames are still dropping. Another thing worth trying is to put the power on High Performance, that could also fix...

AMD R9 390x good fps for a few days then it goes under 30 for no appearant reason

Monitor the temps and also if the fans are starting. I had a lot of problems, from fans running at only 1200RPM all the time, to the fans not starting at all causing the card to go in protection mode and cut the signal to the monitor. In your case it might go near the max temp and throttle the...

    i5 4460 bottlenecking 2x r9 280x or should i go for a amd cpu?

Well, despite all the answers and i respect the guys, i don't even recommend going for Crossfire with anothe 280X because the difference will be so small. Many games don't support Crossfire so i don't think is it worth the money. You better get another more powerful graphics card instead of...

    i5 4460 load temp

Mine goes in games to 61-62 celsius with the stock cooler. I wouldn't worry either at 65.

    i5 4460 and what mobo

I recommend a Z97 chipset mobo for some room for a possible future upgrade. I have an AsRock Z97 PRO4 and it works perfectly with a 4460 on it.

My MB cut both of my RAM sticks down to half?

Because you've put them wrong. Put them on A1 and B1 or A2 and B2 and they will work in dual-channel. It should solve your problem.

    PSU Help Needed!!!!!

I don't really understand you. If you saw it killed that low end 750W, why did you bought another low end one? For your setup, you better have bought a quality 500-550W PSU instead of that cheapo 850. And, come on, PSUs are not that expensive. You can find many good PSUs with under 100$.

Upgraded cpu computer won't boot up.

Check your BIOS version. The 4690 is a new CPU, maybe you run an older BIOS version which doesn't support it. Version F9 for your motherboard's BIOS says "Support New 4th Generation Intel Core Processors", so check if you have at least that, even if F10 is the latest version.

motherboard msi b85-g43 gaming. won't power on after updating ram

I forgot to mention that if you have 4 DIMMs (RAM slots) and they are for dual-channel RAM, you need to pot the sticks in some specific order and you'll find info and instructions about this in the motherboard manual. For example, on my motherboard, if i have only one RAM stick, i need to put it...
