Computer not working

I put together a new computer with a new motherboard, new processor, new ram.But when I started it, the fans are working for 1-2 seconds and then nothing.
What could be the problem?The power supply?Or the motherboard?
Somebody who is experienced with this kind of problem, please help me!

hardware spec?

could be psu, motherboard need bios update, cpu fan not install correctly.

What processor on what motherboard? The processor might be unsupported by your BIOS version.

It is an Asus H81M-E motherboard with an Intel Core i3-4350 and a Kingston HyperX white 4gb ddr3 ram.

The problem is solved.There was some shortcut on the motherboard and because of that the computer didn`t work.But now it is working and I am very happy.
