would 400 rpm work? see my motherboard only has ignore, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, or 600 and asus support told me to put it at 600

also in the motherboard bios i set a warning for if the cpu fan goes under 600 rpm would this be the cause for the error? also i noticed in hwmonitor the fan speed did drop into the 500s which should i be concerned about that?

i see well i removed the fan from the header and reconnected it

but the fan didnt fail it just showed a cpu fan error on boot, see i had hwmonitor running (i always do to keep an eye on temps) and the fan was running in hwmonitor, and i just reseated the fan, also i have heard asus motherboards have this issue is this correct?
