UPDATE! When i put my GPU on the other PC it boots and have display. when i put it back on my PC it does the same thing no display but booting. i think the problem is my PCIe Slot

I test the Gpu to another PC that uses my 700wtts psu that i took from my PC and plug it into the other PC, And it did not boot but its running.

Thanks for the response! Im using a GTX 760 3x windforce edition and a windows 10 64bitI I already use DDU to uninstall the last driver then install the new gpu drivers for my gtx 760
