Hi @lantis3 , I have already tried that, I have setup this extender many times prior to this without issue but honestly I think it might be faulty, no matter what I do whether I do it via the Nighthawk app, Browser setup it just will not get an internet connection

So I have set it up in the same room, it says it was successful and I should be connected , but again it tells me "connected without internet" When I sent back in to the Extender it popped up saying "You have created an access point but we did not detect an Internet connection."
