I received the package yesterday. The fan has 4 pins but it came with an adapter to 3 pin. Everything seems to be working fine.

The only thing I haven't tried is to install from a DVD, maybe something is wrong with the USB ports

The weird thing is that the laptop came with 8.1 installed, but I'm not a 8.1 fan and I installed 7. Now I don't understand why I can't install 8.1 or 10 but 7 can be installed, it doesn't freeze at startup installer

I think the drivers had an issue, I uninstalled them using DDU in Safe Mode, deleted anything related to AMD and stopped Windows from installing drivers automatically. I'm now running the latest WHQL driver, so not the most recent one.
