4 days back I upgraded my PC with new RAM, CPU, CPU Cooler, GPU and an SSD. I moved OS and some games to my SSD and it worked fine for 2 days. Next thing I know is that my fps is split in 3 and on the lowest settings I am getting fewer fps than on my old build. I have installed drivers and BIOS...

So this is the situation: I've cloned my HDD to my SSD and then reset the HDD. I want to keep Windows 10 on the SSD which includes all Windows related files and boot. Is there a quick way to move all the files but the OS? If so, how would you go about doing it?

Well, the title says it all. Does anybody know a strategy that will let me remove all files except for Windows 10 related and boot files? I cloned my HDD to SSD and my PC now boots from the SSD but I need the rest of the space on the SSD, so does anyone know how I would go about doing this?
