Insane FPS drop all of a sudden. Please help.

4 days back I upgraded my PC with new RAM, CPU, CPU Cooler, GPU and an SSD. I moved OS and some games to my SSD and it worked fine for 2 days. Next thing I know is that my fps is split in 3 and on the lowest settings I am getting fewer fps than on my old build. I have installed drivers and BIOS, cleaned my PC from junk, checked for virus and malware etc etc... If someone has experienced the same or knows a fix, please post an answer. Thanks in advance.

Run whatever game drops frames while having Hardware Monitor open I need to know the temps of your CPU and GPU mostly. and a list of your Full specs.

If you have a full new system and using an operating system that was installed on an old system, that could very well be your problem. I would do a fresh install of Windows on your new system and see if you have the same issues (I doubt you will).

CPU temp - ~46 deg celcius

CPU - Intel Core i5 6600 (Non K)
PSU - Corsair CX600 600W
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2666MHz (1x8)
CPU Cooler - Intel Stock
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD - Crucial MX300 275GB
