So far I've managed to test another working PSU and today another working CPU. The conditions and symptons are the same: onboard VGA with/without RAM no beep sound no image bootloop of 8/12s between on/off cycles I guess it ended up being a motherboard problem. What you think guys? Thanks

So you think it could be the motherboard? The problem is that I can't test any other motherboard and I can't find one on the used market for a reasonable price. The root cause could be between the motherboard or the PSU right? Maybe I'll try to find a used PSU to rule that out.
