I decided to replace my EVGA GT 710 with the 1060, but it's not getting picked up by the system. I used DDU to remove old drivers and installed the new card. There is no bios screen/post/windows activity at all. The monitor is just on with a blank screen. And I don't have any way to test the GPU...
