Seems to be related to veracrypt. After decrypting the drive i could not get it to record hardware ecc recoveries for a good while.

Its a m2 sata ssd. Never heard that name before. So a cheap one. The question is just, is that reading an indication of a problem, or that it counts error correction which works? Technically asking.

What kind of burnt smell? Electric parts and metal have a specific smell, that excludes dust. Also, if dust catches fire that extra energy could damage something else. If you saw flickering of burning, where did it come from? If it smelled as if electric parts burn or melt, and it points to...

I once had a game crashing the computer to shut off when i set it to 1920x1080. After a certain time. The power supply was bad. Only that game, only that setting. Just so you have that information at hand.

That cpu has a tdp of 65 watt. Maybe the reading of that programm is wrong or shows something else? Did you change settings in bios or windows? Is energy mode "balanced" activated in windows? Recommended

I could extract the drivers with a windows function, i guess. Did not find drivers for that pc on the homepage. And the forum said, to install the system that comes with drivers. And someone else described a way to extract drivers with said windows function. Will do that anyway. I am just not...

There was no bloatware. Just some icons of instagram, tik tok, amazon video and such things in start menu. One click to uninstall. Apart from tik tok it looked like things that come with a windows, but i read even tik tok might come with 11. Did a full scan with defender, an offline scan...

So, nothing can go wrong if i make a fresh install. The hardware drivers and keys will be there again and work. Right? And i could do the fresh install from the desktop of the mini pc or would that defeat the purpose? (Maybe i remember the procedure wrong). So i dont need to plug something...
