I have a 2500 to but in games like BF4 COD:WW2 and PUBG I do not see these frame drops mind sharing what kind of storage your using? That was my problem back when I did. Also can you try to figure out what kind of CPU cooler you have?

Seems like your problem is something called a "DOA" or a "Dead on arrival" since this is the case try to contact GIGABYTE support and send it back I'm about 90% sure this your problem. Hopefully someone comes by and confirms me for you while you do that.

Unlikely to matter but what kind PSU do you have?

Try running the benchmark again with something like MSI afterburner and see if the benchmark is pushing the GPU the limit you should also be able to set your own fan curve in this software (You dont need to have a MSI card, dont worry mate)

Those temps are quite fine since your not running a full stress test, But they are a 7-9° low but this could because of a better cooling solution or cool room. Mind sharing what type of 750ti it is mate?
