Gigabyte Gtx 1050ti WFOC No display

So i bought a new gigabyte gtx 1050ti windforce oc edition.The problem is i put the card in PCie slot plugged the monitor cable .Connected 6 pin connector.I turn the switch one .Then fans start spining .As soon as i press start button on front of Cpu , fans stop.I can see mouse light , keyboard numlock working but no display .i have Asus h81mk mobo with Corsar Vs 650 psu.Tried resesting gpu but nothing .Took the gpu out , plugged in on boards graphics and it works but wont display on 1050ti.Already removed AMD drivers using on boards (DDU) .Any solution?

Unlikely to matter but what kind PSU do you have?

Just black display , nothing else.Right now what i did.I set primary graphic device to igpu and placed the card in slot with 6 pin connector and booted up with on board graphics .Checked Device manager for graphics adaptor it shows 2 "Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor" written but one with sign of exclamation(yellow colour) .Right now fans are completely off i see.Downloading Drivers

Seems like your problem is something called a "DOA" or a "Dead on arrival" since this is the case try to contact GIGABYTE support and send it back I'm about 90% sure this your problem.
Hopefully someone comes by and confirms me for you while you do that.

Downlaoded drivers , tried installing it says nvdia driver not compatible with this version of windows.i have win 10 64 bit and i downloaded drivers for same system 388.71

if gpu is dead on arrival , then why does spins before but whe i press start button it fans stop .Last option ill try reinstalling fresh windows

Ok after all tried fresh windows but still i get no display when plugg to Gpu .I'm sure the card is seated perfectly.It does gets detected in device manager as Microsoft basic display adaptor.Any more suggestion.?
