[SOLVED] How loud should case fans be?

I don't think i'm cold because the heat is retained in the case.. i think it's just because it's more windy and i'm close to the computer, but yeah it makes sense, I didn't think about it, I'll change them then, thank you!

[SOLVED] How loud should case fans be?

I don't understand what you mean.. they say that the optimal "pressure" in a pc case would be neutral pressure, but since I can only install 5 fans that's difficult to achieve. If you can't have neutral pressure you should aim for a slightly positive pressure, 1 2 3, even though some people say...

[SOLVED] How loud should case fans be?

He chose rear and front as exhaust and top as intake, you can see it at minute 13:55. I did and I would have done the same thing - > since you want a slightly positive pressure in the case, you use the big hole in the back of the case as exhaust, the two fans on top as intake, and the front as...

[SOLVED] How loud should case fans be?

No every single fan is connected to a different connector. In the video above, you can see that I change the speed of the Noctua fans only. The arctic fans are in DC mode (standard settings) and they should run at constant speed. The Noctua fans are in PMW mode and at over 800RPM they start to...

[SOLVED] How loud should case fans be?

Oh here you go, thank you! So fans are just loud in general, I'll expect less time then, thanks

Question Is there any fan that at 1000+RPM doesn't make so much noise?

Notoriously loud?? I got 3 arctic F14 (first video) and they make 0 noise, I didn't get the P14 because they are for radiators

Question Is there any fan that at 1000+RPM doesn't make so much noise?

Oh well yeah I knew that, even though I don't really understand how I got 3 arctic F14 no pmw fans but I can still use my motherboard to change their speed 🤷‍♂️

Question Is there any fan that at 1000+RPM doesn't make so much noise?

What do you mean with "anything that is PWM will be louder as they can spin faster"? If I buy the fans you linked for example, and I buy the noctua fans pmw and set them at 1000rpm why would they make more noise?

Question Is there any fan that at 1000+RPM doesn't make so much noise?

I bought 5 arctic F14 no PWM fans, they are perfect but unfortunately I can't use them all cause they are too thick (27mm instead of 25mm), they run at 800RPM and I can't hear a thing. I bought some Noctua NF-P14s redux-1500 PWM and even at 800rpm they're loud: At 1500RPM they're just too...

[SOLVED] How loud should case fans be?

What's wrong with this case? I think it's great, not too expensive, $90 (I paid it 70€), the materials are very good, the tempered glass feel super nice and it's very useful (you don't need to unscrew anything to open the computer), it looks great, with proper fans the airflow is very good...

[SOLVED] How loud should case fans be?

I just uploaded a video showing what i mean.. Do you think that the other Noctuas (or any other brand) do the same thing? Because otherwise i might as well just keep these
