No, i reinstalled the OS after fully wiping the SSD.

It’s already withouth battery and hard drive ( the connector was too old and broke in the testing of other components swapping ). i think it’s charging because i see the led of charging ( even without the battery ) and the led of power on turns on, beven if it doesn’t post. i’ll keep you updated...

I wanted to overclock my integrated GPU ( i7 3820qm ) , a HD 4000, but i am not able to find any software to help me with this. MSI afterburner doesn't work since it is integrated, and neither the BIOS ( it doesn't have anything about overclock.

I just reinstalled windows. I have lots of PCs that have the same "problem"

It is the main and only working gpu in the system

OK, but what i am asking is why does the BIOS matter in this case?? It's a windows thing i think ( anyway, chill out )
