So, I dont know. But I post my Solution for this. I think it was my Fan that did this problems. he just rampaged everytime but didnt cool the cpu. So I bought and installed a new Fan (212 EVO) and applyed new Thermalpaste. My cpu is now chillin on 12°-21°C and while gaming by max 44°.
