Hello guys, Since yesterday i have a Problem with my CPU.

Sometimes its starting to go on High tempurates and on 30 % CPU usage, and im doing nothing.
No Programs are open, no Games are loading. nothing.
I was searching the net and i couldnt find a solution for it.

CPU: AMD FX-8350
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Graphicscard: GTX 760 2GB
RAM: 16 GB HyperX

Well first thing to do is open up your computer to double check the cooler is on and working (fan spinning) but also to take it off then and reapply thermal paste as it make not be making full contact as that, this has fixed some of my past cpu's bad temps.

Also right click on you bar at the bottom of the screen and then click task manager. On task manager click the processes tab and click the bar where the column of large number are till it is set to high to low and then see what is using your CPU the most.

Take a screen shot if you can so the print screen button on your keyboard which is at the top right of the keyboard then open the paint program and paste into that and save as JPEG. Use this site ( http://imgur.com) to upload it the their site them copy the url in the browser at the top and paste it into your post.

So, i checked, My cooler is on and working. Everything is fine.
I reapplyed thermal paste a month ago.

(Im using Gyazo.com for screenshots)

( My system is in German )

And thank you for ur fast answer.

I don't really trust software that monitors temps except for my MSI afterburner but they aren't always very precise.

The best way to check your CPU temp with nothing getting in the way is to go to the CPU section in the BIOS to see the temp readings their.

So, I dont know. But I post my Solution for this.
I think it was my Fan that did this problems. he just rampaged everytime but didnt cool the cpu.
So I bought and installed a new Fan (212 EVO) and applyed new Thermalpaste.
My cpu is now chillin on 12°-21°C and while gaming by max 44°.

If you still have issues later on I recommend OC Guru as this is what I use to keep my rig cool during the summer as my noctua dh14 is powerful but during long gaming sessions i use this to increase the rpm of the fans, which does make it louder but it means that the temperatures will stay low.
