Seeing that i had an issue with HDD's in the past there is a good chance it was damaged from that small drop.Those drives can be very fragile.So try plugging it into another PC and see if it boots.

My honest answer would be to upgrade it almost completely.

Ok so i recently pushed my cpu a little bit farther today and i got 4.6 GHZ but on like 1.36 Volts,i saw some forums saying its pushing its lifespan and some are saying its fine...i just need to know,is it safe?
