I fixed the problem - I installed old GPU drivers, maybe it will help someone in the future.

So I turned my PC off, my Windows got updated, I turn it on and my refresh rate is 1,000 again...

Yeah, the thing is the refresh rate IS NOT correct and I'm asking for help bro...

I reinstalled the drivers using DDU, I can use 240/360 Hz for now, we'll see how long it lasts.

It says 1 Hz, but it's clearly a glitch, because I can feel around 60 Hz.
