The thing is that the games i want to play, are very playable at my moniter's res ie 1920x1080 at medium to high settings. I can wait for next year very comfortably and i can sell my 7770 for say $60 next year. Possibly i can extend my budget from $500 to $600 next year.

Thanks guys but i got an i7 4770k as i had the money and i needed a system now. Upgrading from pile driver to steam roller wasnt an option and i coudnt wait to directly buy a steam roller. Now i have a good cpu for the next 6 years (hopefully), now i am saving for a new GPU :D Thanks a lot...
