Cryorig H7 probably won't let you hit that OC. I'm hitting 72C with it on mine at the boosted clock of 3.9Ghz.

1060 outperforms the 970 and has more VRAM. And I'm sure you could OC it a bit, assuming you get one of the aftermarket cards and not the blower style coolers.

Also, if you're just gaming, you're not going to see much performance in the i7 6700k. Go for the i5 6600k to save some money. Go for the 1060, it performs better than both the 480 and 960 for essentially the same price as the 480.
