What does this light mean

So I recently have had lots of problems with my gpu and other things and when I went to go look at my motherboard I saw that light what does it mean. I have a ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+ amd fx 8350 and a evga geforce gtx 750 ti ftw

So when I was trying to remove this usb cable that was touching my gpus back my monitor then just stopped displaying and says hdmi no signal and when I tried unplugging the hdmi cable and putting it back in it still keep saying that so I restarted my pc and it still won't display and then I...
