I have a very high end pc running windows 10 on an ssd. Boot time is usually around 9-10 seconds. However twice now when I have disconnected the computer from the power outlet the next time I turn on the computer boot time takes around 14 seconds. So my question is, is there data stored in ram...

Basically I've tried setting the fan curve to quiet, manual, and even off but the fan speeds don't change and one fan (named cpu fan in the bios) is always at max speed. Also in the fan profile only one fan is detected. Anyone know the reason behind this? Screenshot: https://imgur.com/9hHRl4x
