Permissions for my user account and that folder are checked all the way down the list as "Allow"

I only need to unblock it once then I don't have problems. The issue is that if I download anything, like from a work email, it's always blocked. Even stuff I send to myself from another email, blocked. Can't I just flip something to default to not block any of it?

Interestingly enough, unplugging the mouse and keyboard and using my own seems to be keeping the computer on longer. I had one restart while I was on a walk, but it just installed windows 8.1 earlier, so could have been an automatic update of some kind while I was gone. Letting it run now to see.
