Hi there, I have a brand new ASUS K401UB-Fr038T laptop. It has 4GB of inbuilt RAM and one slot upgradeable to max of 12GB total RAM. I have tried both of the 4GB cards from my old laptop that died (another ASUS) but can't get it to show up in either the BIOS or Windows. Everything just says...
