Basically, I know you can connect 3 pin fans to 4 pin headers in the Mobo, but if I buy a replacement fan for my CPU heatsink (old one is rattling and is a cheapo so I can't open it to fix the issue), will it be able to regulate it's speed by itself and not let my CPU overheat?
I have an extra monitor laying around that I wanted to use to have something extra to help productivity, but the GTX 1660s only has one hdmi output and three displayport outputs, can I use a hdmi-displayport cable and a dvi-hdmi cable to plug them both or do I need to buy another monitor that...
I sent my 1660 to warranty and turns out my GPU was busted from the day I bought it, waiting on my new one to come, hope this helps anyone with the same problem in some way.
I can't really test much other than the SATA devices, which I have, actually, and the problem still came back when using a different HDD; I think the best thing I can do is to just send the entire pc to warranty and get a new part of whatever is faulty
Yep, no overclocking, I'll do another windows reinstall and try again with only the graphics drivers from the nvidia site

Just checked the BIOS, not sure if this answers your question, but, the ''Microcode update'' was: 870F10/870100A, and the temperature as 70 degrees Celsius
I'll have to check the BIOS version, I don't really understand much about that
The temperature is normal, even when I'm playing games it's pretty cool
The psu is a KCAS Full Range 600w
And I have a hdd
My pc arrived on the 31th of last month, and since then I've been experiencing a bizarre problem, randomly it goes to 100% cpu usage, and it gets so slow that even audio stutters, not even the mouse cursor moves. It's a pretty powerful pc so it really shouldn't be doing this kinda thing, any...
