I live in a extremely hot country, those are pretty much the same temps i get with an i5-6500 and an r9 390. And they're way under the limit, you're fine.

First, DVI-D is digital and you're using VGA which is analog. Second, i assume even though you were using the wrong cable, you should still be able to see the card in the manager............or not?

Um, your CPU socket is LGA 1150, from the ones you listed you can only get the 4460 to fit in your current motherboard...

I mean, don't get me wrong that PC is not bad for browsing the internet and simple tasks, i've seen most of those go for 50-70$ but without the hdd it's hard to tell.

Um, are the 30$ for the i7 over the i5 worth it for you? The SSD is faster than the SSHD on the more expensive one, but an sshd is still really good and it's a 1tb of kinda fast sshd over a faster ssd. You can add a higher capacity hard drive to the cheaper one and still keep the ssd but will...
