No Signal Output on GPU

Hi Guys,

I'm having an issue with one of my systems.

I have had a Quadro 600 series installed in a board for quite sometime however a couple of weeks ago I decided too move it into a new case. Upon doing so I connected everything up including a new PSU.

I booted the system with an adapter connected into the GPU (DVD-D -> VGA) and got no signal. I then plugged it onto the integrated graphics on the motherboard where I was able to get a display. I checked in device manager however I was unable too find the card.

Any idea why there is now no video output from the card?

First, DVI-D is digital and you're using VGA which is analog.
Second, i assume even though you were using the wrong cable, you should still be able to see the card in the manager............or not?

Okay, So I have verified it's not a bad cable or adapter. And yes it is the same setup the only change is the PSU which is a corsair VS550 (Much better than the OEM). There is only 1 PCI-16 Slot on the board as it's out of an acer verition. Also no I cannot find the card in the manager at ALL.

Upon checking the board again I noticed that the PCH heatsink had become detached. I don't know how long it had been detached for or the temps it got up too. However is the most likely the cause of the issue?
