Hello! The PSU has like 8 years but other monitors don't have this issue. Also, the problem only appears when the screen has been off for many hours or days. I doubt it has anything to do with the PSU.

A bit of necroposting but still, since I got my problem solved it's worth something in case face a similar problem. I just got my GPU refunded and started using my girlfriend's RX 570. Not a single problem and been going this good for some months now, so I think we can safely blame my old RX 5700.

Yeah I used the Windows Media Creation tool. Bios is Revision 2201, and I'm using a nice cooler, a Gelid Phantom Black; temps shouldn't be an issue, everything runs cool. I'll try the GPU in my GF's PC as well, she's got another T1 PSU according to the PSU list.

Also, if that helps, it seems like my Realtek directory got some missing files. Some guides mention going into C/.../Realtek/HDA but I have no HDA inside, so now I'm going to try deleting the files "brute-force" and installing the driver again.
