Can anyone tell me why I am seeing YELLOW ASTERISKS on all 8 CPU processor threads in device mgr?

I have no idea wee I find chipset drivers. I've searched the intel website and found nothing. Were do i get these chipset drivers, and why have the original drivers gone bad? Possibly, someone could tell me how I post a screen shot of what this error looks like in my Device Mgr. it may help...
