CPU Errs in Device Mgr.?

I am seeing yellow exclamation points on all CPU's in my Device Mgr. that started about 1 wk ago. Most sofgtware seems to be running fine but occasionally will slow way down.

I'm not sure howto add a picture of hte problem to this post. But I did take a screenshot of the problem.

My CPU is: Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Try reinstalling chipset drivers ?

I have no idea wee I find chipset drivers. I've searched the intel website and found nothing.
Were do i get these chipset drivers, and why have the original drivers gone bad?

Possibly, someone could tell me how I post a screen shot of what this error looks like in my Device Mgr. it may help make my problem clearer.

Check with manufacturer of your motherboard or computer manufacturer in case it's a brand name, ready made machine.
"yellow exclamation points on all CPU's in my Device Mgr" clearly shows malfunctioning drivers.
